This exotic fruit is very aromatic and one must have an acquired taste for it, but it adds a nice touch to cheesecake. I incorporated durian into my usual cheesecake recipe and it came out delicious.
It is a really sinful and yummy cake, must try!!!
The Durian Cheesecake tastes just like durian but with a hint of cheese. Every bite would just keep you wanting for more.....
