Despite the plain look of the durian cake, it tasted heavenly with every bite.Only good quality durians are used in the cake, it really feels like eating fresh durian in a cake. Generous chunks of delicious durian flesh interlaced with feather-light whipped cream in between layers of cottony soft sponge. The sprinklings of toasted almond flakes provided a nice contrast to the cake with an addictive crunch
This is cake is specially made and decorated for my yoga buddy, Serena Ho, she is going to have meeting with her S'pore principal, I hope she will have a fruitful meeting today….

this cake is simply out of this world....best cake i've eaten....once u start, u cant stop....my sporean principal had 4 slices in 1 go.....and my german principal (who has never eaten durian before) simply think it is awesome!
